Singapore Polytechnic engaged Trans-Digi for the replacement of VSDs serving campus ventilation fans. Trans-Digi supplied approximately 30 Himel HAVSP Smart Pump Series VSDs, together with testing, commissioning and parameter configuration for the project.
Project Overview
Singapore Polytechnic required replacement VSDs for ventilation fans serving its campus facilities.
As the new drives had to operate correctly with the campus’s existing control system, the replacement scope required appropriate VSD selection, parameter configuration and commissioning to support normal ventilation fan operation.
Solution Provided
Trans-Digi supplied approximately 30 Himel HAVSP Smart Pump Series VSDs as replacement units for the campus ventilation fan applications.
Testing and commissioning were carried out for the installed VSDs, including the required parameter settings to ensure the replacement drives were correctly configured to work with the existing campus controls.

As a replacement project, the new Himel HAVSP VSDs had to be correctly fitted and configured to operate with Singapore Polytechnic’s existing campus control system. Trans-Digi provided the required parameter settings together with testing and commissioning for the ventilation fan applications.

Project Outcome
