Project Overview
Tengah Plantation C1 is a public residential development within Singapore’s Tengah estate. Trans-Digi supplied, tested and commissioned Himel HAVSP Smart Pump Series Variable Speed Drives (VSDs) for the carpark ventilation system.
The VSDs support the operation and control of the carpark ventilation fans. The project adds to Trans-Digi’s experience in HDB residential building services and carpark ventilation applications.
Solution Provided
The Himel HAVSP Smart Pump Series VSDs were deployed to control the carpark ventilation fans during normal day-to-day operations.
Trans-Digi also carried out testing and commissioning for the carpark ventilation application.

Fire Override Mode allows the Himel HAVSP VSDs to maintain fan operation during critical conditions, supporting higher-speed operation of the carpark ventilation fans for smoke purging during fire events.
