Project Overview
Seletar Mall is a commercial retail development managed by Allgreen Properties Limited. As part of the mall’s A&A works, existing VSDs serving several key HVAC and ventilation systems were scheduled for replacement.
The project covered multiple motor applications across the property, including cooling towers, chilled-water pumps, condenser-water pumps and basement carpark ventilation fans. This required a VSD range capable of supporting different motor duties and power ratings within a single project.
Solution Provided
Trans-Digi supplied 33 Himel Smart Pump Series VSDs, covering power ratings from 0.75 kW to 15 kW, to replace the existing Japanese-brand VSDs across the mall’s building-services systems.
The replacement drives were deployed across four principal applications: cooling towers, chilled-water pumps, condenser-water pumps and basement carpark fans.
Trans-Digi also carried out testing and commissioning to verify correct VSD operation and configuration before project completion and handover.
