The Land Transport Authority (LTA) engaged Trans-Digi to provide a soft starter for the fire pump system at the Singapore Rail Test Centre in Tuas. Trans-Digi supplied a 132 kW Himel HASXS Expert Series Soft Starter, together with testing, commissioning and parameter configuration for the project.

As the fire pumps form part of the Rail Test Centre’s critical systems, the project required the soft starter to be correctly configured for the fire pump application and commissioned for reliable operation.
