Trans-Digi replaced the ageing units with Himel HAVSP Smart Pump Series VSDs, completed testing and commissioning, and the upgraded system subsequently supported the condominium’s SCDF fire test.
Project Overview
Boathouse Residences is a private residential development by Frasers Property Ltd. As part of ongoing estate maintenance, the existing Japanese-brand VSDs controlling the basement carpark ventilation fans required replacement.
Trans-Digi was engaged to carry out the VSD replacement, including system configuration, testing and commissioning for the upgraded carpark ventilation application.
